PROGRAM OVERVIEW

SPARK Accel is a personalized 4-week virtual accelerator that will work with Taiwanese American startups on growing their ideas. Selected teams will:

  • Join a community of Taiwanese American founders and investors

  • Learn through fireside chats, panels, and 1:1 mentor office hours

  • Build lasting relationships within this tight-knit network

  • Perfect their pitch for the virtual pitch competition

  • Win up to $20,000 in cash

ELIGIBILITY

SPARK Accel is open to individuals, teams, and companies that fulfill the following criteria:

  • At least one member of the founding team is Taiwanese American or of Taiwanese descent

  • Based in the U.S. with signs of traction (e.g., users, sales, product, partnerships)

  • Early stage company that has not received institutional investor funding

SPARK Accel is an initiative under the Taiwanese American Citizens League (TACL). TACL is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of Taiwanese Americans.
